PMF ANNUAL BBQ

This is a mental health awareness gathering. Participates will acquire, share knowledge on all topics about mental illness (anxiety, stress) and positive mental health empowerment. The goal is to see more confident and assertive individuals. To develop emotionally, creatively, intellectually, and spiritually; Initiate, develop and sustain mutually satisfying personal relationships. Teachings on how to tackle problems, resolve them and learn from them. Use and enjoy solitude, Play, and have fun.
